commercial training at various locations throughout Victoria for people looking for employment in the Marine
industry. Courses include
practical training onboard "Delphinus."

Master 5 The Certificate III in Transport and Distribution (Coastal Maritime Operations - Master Class 5) TDM30407 is a nationally accredited certificate recognized in all States and Territories and enables operation of a commercial vessel of less than 24 metres in length to operate within the limits of Offshore Operations in Australian Waters as defined by the USL Code. Coxswain The Certificate II in Transport and Distribution Coastal Maritime Operations (Coxswain) TDM20307 is a nationally accredited certificate recognized in all States and Territories.
