Coxswain Grade 3 NC Course

Marine Training Services conduct the Coxswain Grade 3 NC Course. Which includes:

  • Victorian recreational Marine Licence Course and Assessment; and,
  • Practical On Water Assessment to complete AMSA Form 1882 Declaration Coxswain Grade 3 NC

Upon acquiring the Victorian Marine Licence with VicRoads, completing the AMSA Form 1882 Declaration and accruing one day of commercial sea service, an individual can operate within the limits of Coxswain Grade 3 NC as detailed below.

Applying to AMSA for Coxswain Grade 3 NC Certificate of Competency is optional.
