Passenger Operations through Port Phillip Heads

All commercial boat operators who take passengers through Port Phillip Heads are required to hold a Passenger Operations through Port Phillip Heads Local Knowledge Certificate (LK.15) issued by Maritime Safety Victoria. The vessel must be in current Survey and the Master is required to hold a commercial Certificate of Competency at Coxswain Grade 1 NC or higher.
