The position will entail small amounts of maintenance and clearning for days work.
This is a new position for Classic Cruises and includes working weekends and nights.
Hours may vary. Eureka will be doing public cruises and charters.

Skippers / Deck crew -  Coxswain  / plus GPH - Wanted

Melbourne Fishing Charters - Crew wanted 
2017-2018 season starting 2nd September 2017 

Looking for crew with -  Coxswain  (or near qualified) /and/or
deck crew with GPH tickets.

Familiarisation with responsibilities under SMS systems -
and must attend compulsory SMS training day pre-season
(Quarterly safety drills at sea).

Industry covered under Marine Tourism and
charter vessels award 2010.

Casual hours with plenty of hours available going into peak season Sept. 2017 - April 2018 with Shared work between 2 boats.  Must be able to work over a 7 day roster on call mainly weekends. (Local person preferred with car very early starts most days)

Melbourne Fishing Charters is a leading hospitality and tourism operator on Port Phillip Bay from St Kilda Pier/ & St Kilda Marina
Compulsory Police check/ /current first aid/AMSA tickets - preferable.

Local knowledge of fishing on Port Phillip Bay essential,
particularly for seasonal snapper. 

Looking for high energy people with a passion for local fishing, fastidious with ship presentation, high end understanding of
diesel engines and willingness to assist and take on maintenance/servicing of engines.

High end hospitality skills essential with neat presentation essential, (no visible tattoos/ scruffy beards, long hair). Regular guests include inbound Chinese high roller cliental, Crown Casino guests, and corporate guests.
